Free domestic ground shipping for orders over $65 before tax and discounts, no code necessary.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Orders are shipped with standard ground from Florida and will take 1-6 days for delivery depending on the state. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.
We also offer Overnight Express and 3-Day Priority. The cut off time for same day fulfillment is 12 PM EST. Any orders that are placed after 12 PM EST should ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon will ship on Monday. Nudz is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holiday. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days via Fedex or DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.
Please note that for international delivery there may be custom taxes and duties added when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
Also note that customs agencies within your country may also perform security inspections on shipments, which can lead to delays of between 2 – 6 weeks. Nudz cannot control delays due to FedEx, DHL or your local delivery postal service. If your package is urgent we suggest contacting Nudz so that we may quote a price for a quicker delivery time if possible.

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied, however, for sanitary reasons ALL PANTY SALES ARE FINAL.
For bras, we have a easy return/exchange policy. We will happily accept any new, tagged, unworn bra in mint condition provided it is within 30 days from day of delivery for either refund or exchange.
We kindly ask you allow ten business days for your exchange to be processed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
We take great care in assuring your garments arrive intact. To ensure protection of the garment(s) during shipping, please do not use envelopes as garments tend to get damaged. Damaged items will not be accepted.
